We recently stayed at Midtown Richardson for a few nights during our visit to Taipei. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even leaving a caring note after noticing some broken glasses in our room. The warm welcome we received, even during late hours, made us feel right at home. The lobby had a comfortable and relaxing ambience that we loved. Additionally, the hotel provided a free upgrade to a bigger and very clean room. The security officers were also excellent, ensuring the safety of all guests. The hotel's location, close to the train station and ximending, was a major plus for my aged parents.

midtown richardson in taipei was even better than my last stay. the location was super convenient, right next to the mrt station and shopping area. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. loved it!

The staff is responsive and the rooms are clean. The hotel is located beside the main shopping area, cinemas, and restaurants. There are three elevators, so minimal waiting time. Card access is required to access room levels, ensuring security. The hotel has a baggage storage area at reception for early check-ins or late check-outs. The rooms have a sleek modern design, with ample walking space and comfortable beds. The hotel also provides two free bottles of drinking water a day.

This budget hotel was a great choice for our weekend stay. the clean rooms and friendly staff made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the free breakfast and the complimentary snacks in the afternoon. the location was amazing, with plenty of shopping and dining options just a short walk away. We appreciated the convenience of having a subway station nearby for exploring the city. the rooftop seating area had a lovely view of the city skyline, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

The room size was a bit small for our liking and the elevator only went up to the 16th floor, which meant we had to climb the stairs to the 17th floor. the hotel could use some updating as the interior looked a bit outdated.

Great location, close to Ximending station and shopping areas. The staff acted quickly when I found a bug in my room and offered a new one immediately. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Convenient location in the heart of Ximending, great for exploring the shopping center. Close proximity to Ximen MRT station, making it easy to travel around Taipei. Clean and comfortable rooms, despite being small in size. Outdoor lounge on the 5th floor provides a nice place to relax in the evenings. Free amenities in the 5th floor lobby, such as water, coffee, tea, and candies. Friendly and helpful customer service. Highly recommended nearby dining options include Takao restaurant and Ice Papa for dessert.

This hotel is excellent value for money, with spacious rooms that have comfortable beds and excellent views. Located in downtown, just across from the XiMenDing shopping district, and with an MRT station exit right beside the building, this hotel is perfectly situated. Breakfast is also delicious, aside from a few items.
