The top-floor suite was bright, airy, and spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was generous and the restaurant had a cute, well-lit atmosphere. The hotel lobby was new and adorned with wonderful artwork. The location was very central and the basement parking was accessible and fantastic.

We had a luxurious stay in this hotel and we were impressed with the exclusive amenities provided. the contemporary Armenian style room was spacious and had everything we needed. the staff was exceptional, accommodating our every need with a friendly and helpful manner. the central location was convenient for exploring the area, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect spot to relax with a drink.

The only minor issue we had was the lack of black-out curtains in our room. this was a small drawback compared to the exceptional service and exclusive facilities this hotel provided.

The hotel was located in a great area, close to many popular restaurants and streets. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even providing us with maps and flyers to explore the surrounding area. the rooms were modern and clean.

There were no kettle, cups, or coffee/tea arrangements in the room, which would have been a nice addition.

I had a fantastic stay at the Grand Hotel in Gyumri. The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city center. Plus, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gyumri.
