I keep returning for the amazing service and cozy rooms. They assisted me with printing my boarding pass during my first stay. Free Wi, Fi, free parking, 24, hour reception. I appreciate the pet, friendly policy and the option for non, smoking rooms. Can't wait for the next holiday.

I stayed at a centrally located hotel for 5 nights on a leisure trip. the hotel had a secure surrounding with helpful staff. Room “3” was spacious with separate rooms, making it perfect for sharing. Each room had A/C and cable TV. the showers had both hot and cold water, a nice touch. the courtyard was a pleasant spot to relax and unwind.

Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with a mall and several restaurants nearby. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The staff provided great service and were able to communicate in English. The breakfast served was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. The courtyard was a nice place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The hotel also had laundry facilities available for use.

There was an incident where a staff member went through a guest's bag and left a derogatory note.

As soon as I stepped into the courtyard, I was greeted by the most beautiful garden area I've ever seen in a hotel. This hotel has luxurious amenities, including private facilities, which made me feel like I had a world of my own to retreat to after long days. I was impressed with the level of service provided, especially in the room where I found everything that I needed, such as premium toiletries. the location was unbeatable, as it was accessible to all the hotspots of the city.

I found a note inside my luggage, which was left by a staff member.

There was a major issue with a staff member going through guests' personal belongings and leaving derogatory notes. This behavior was unacceptable and made for an uncomfortable experience.
