This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily explore everything Yerevan has to offer. We were just steps away from fantastic restaurants like sherep, and the convenience was a huge plus. Our room was spotless and spacious, providing a comfortable sanctuary after a day of biking. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that our every need was met. The breakfast spread was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. The live music in the covered courtyard was an added bonus, creating a lovely ambiance.

The view from our room was not the best, but that's a minor drawback compared to all the other wonderful aspects of this hotel.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, which is part of the Small Luxury Hotels Of the World collection. the staff was incredibly helpful, especially Ani from the sales department who arranged a conference room for our client meetings. the warm welcome and excellent service made us feel valued. Our upgraded Junior Suite room was beautifully decorated and cozy. the location was perfect, with a highly recommended restaurant next door and a souvenir shop in the same building. we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would choose this hotel again in the future. Excellent, attractive, historical hotel

We had an amazing stay at the Grand Hotel in Yerevan. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and beautifully decorated. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax and beat the summer heat. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. we highly recommend this beautiful historic hotel for a memorable stay in Yerevan.

We had the best service at Grand Hotel Y. in the 18 months we've been in Armenia. the staff was friendly, professional, and took our orders seriously. the room was cleaned twice a day, and the spa was a must-try. the location was central, perfect for exploring the city on foot. the breakfast was varied and tasty, and the staff was always helpful in recommending Armenian wines from a large wine list. We felt warmly welcomed, and even plan to bring our dog next time!

The rooftop pool and the gym were great additions to the hotel. the live music in the evenings also provided a nice atmosphere. the hotel's central location made it easy to access the city's attractions, and the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch.

The room was very small and cramped, and the staff at the front desk were not very helpful when it came to answering questions and providing recommendations. the bathroom was also quite outdated and in need of renovation.

In-room dining offers delicious local dishes, and the breakfast restaurant with a view of the street is a delightful experience. the large, spotlessly clean rooms and helpful staff in all areas of the hotel, including the pool, restaurant, and spa, add to the overall exceptional stay.

Good Location, Luxurious Facilities We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel in Yerevan and were impressed by the luxury amenities available. the private facilities were exclusive and available only. the spa centers had great sound and lighting systems to keep the mood set. We enjoyed the full body massage and sauna. the outdoor swimming pool had ample sun loungers and shades. the bar and lounge area offered delicious drinks and tasty snacks. Minor Room Issue Despite the excellent service, there was a minor issue where the cleaning quality could have been better, especially in the bathroom. this didn't affect our overall experience and we found this hotel to be stress-free with its great location and supportive staff.

The hotel's architecture is so expressive that it won a gold medal in 1937. The spa and rooftop pool create a luxurious experience. The breakfast buffet has a "smorgasbord" of dishes, allowing me to express my feelings about each one.

The noise coming from the club across the street was just delightful, it really helped me relax and get a good night's sleep.
