The culinary delights at the Ritz-Carlton in Perth were pure gold—imagine fish dishes so good, they'd turn a seagull into a connoisseur. the rooms were as cozy as a kangaroo pouch, and the tubs and showers were top-notch. the staff even went as sweet as a lamington on Australia Day, sending complimentary bubbly for our citizenship celebration.

The chat with the front desk was a tad wonky, mate. Emails said noon check-in, but reality was 3pm.

The room was like a dream - super comfy beds and a killer view. We loved chilling at the pool area, it was lit! the staff were champs, always making sure we were living our best lives.

We wanted more epic late-night party vibes by the pool. Dancing and grooving under the stars would've taken our stay from great to legendary!

Absolutely loved the clean, stylish decor and spacious rooms at Ritz Carlton. Staff were exceptional, beds super comfy. A bit disappointed at the closed Songbird early on a Saturday. no breakfast included for the price. great location and fantastic views, despite minor hiccups.

Omg, the bath robes were so plush and luxurious, i felt like royalty! staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond. Drawback: need more pool seating. a cozy and delightful stay. 🌟.

the friendly staff made us feel welcome, and we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary bottle of wine for our anniversary. the romantic gestures and thoughtful touches added to our overall enjoyment. the idyllic treatment rooms and separate vitality pools provided a serene escape, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day.

Arrival check, in process was slow, and service at Hearth was lacking on a Friday night.

The Ritz-Carlton made our stay memorable with their thoughtful gestures, like providing lanyards for our family and granting our room requests. The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view. The staff was friendly and efficient throughout our stay. The location at Elizabeth Quay offered plenty of dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for a great staycation.

The complementary breakfast and the room service were absolutely amazing! We enjoyed delicious, high-quality food that was well worth the relatively high prices. the hotel was also located in a very convenient area of town, making it easy to get around and explore.

There were a number of issues that detracted from our experience. Our room also had a broken blind and a very powerful air conditioning system that we couldn't adjust to a lower setting.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a glamorous hotel in a perfect location. the suite was spacious, with a huge living room and dining area, and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful shower. the staff were friendly and helpful, and valet parking was easy to arrange. the room itself was clean and comfortable, with stunning views. I was pleasantly surprised to find a coffee machine instead of a kettle, and the special touches for my birthday, including a bottle of wine and cake, were greatly appreciated. the experience at the Ritz-Carlton was fantastic and I would definitely stay here again.

the exclusive amenities, including the spa and wellness centre, sauna and infinity pool, exceeded our expectations. the massage we received at the treatment room was one of the best we have ever had. the rooftop pool area with its sun loungers was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the stunning view. the restaurant and bar area were fantastic, with delicious food and drinks served by attentive staff. the private facilities available to guests were also a highlight.

The only minor issue we experienced was the limited supply of tea and coffee in the room. Given the premium nature of this hotel, we expected more than just a few tea bags.

The location was ideal, with plenty of nearby restaurants at Elizabeth Quay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a luxurious bathroom. The location of the hotel is perfect, right next to the river and within walking distance to restaurants. The rooms are beautifully styled and appointed, with massive bathrooms and all the complimentary amenities you could ask for. The service is top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The buffet breakfast downstairs is a standout, with a great range of options. The view from the room is outstanding, especially with the blinds that can be operated from the bedhead. the hotel exudes quality and cleanliness.

The TV and program situation was a bit of a hassle, with difficulty accessing programs and limited options worth watching.
