We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, right on the main walking street in the heart of downtown. We were able to walk to so many great spots, which made our trip even more enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar, electric kettle, and TV with am/fm alarm clock. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, offering room service, car hire, and tours/ticket assistance. We especially appreciated the indoor swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

Our stay at North Avenue was fantastic! The staff made us feel right at home, especially Mr. Khosrov the doorman. The service was outstanding and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, with many attractions within walking distance. The hotel also had great amenities for families.

During my recent stay at North Avenue Hotel, I had the most unforgettable experience. The staff made me feel incredibly welcomed and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. I'd like to give a special shoutout to Vardan, Haik, and Roland for going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel location was fantastic, offering beautiful views of the city. While the rooms were a bit small, they were clean and modern. Although the breakfast options were limited, there were plenty of cafes nearby to make up for it. I highly recommend staying at North Avenue Hotel for a wonderful experience.

The location of this hotel is outstanding! It is right next to the Opera House, which is a hub of activity. I could easily walk to all the main attractions and shops. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast had a good selection, although it could be improved. The view from my room was breathtaking, overlooking the main promenade of the city.

The approach to the hotel was a bit uncomfortable, especially if you have heavy luggage. It would be great if the staff could assist guests with their luggage to make it more convenient.

Great location in the heart of the city. Just a few minutes away from the main square and the opera house. the room was comfortable and clean. the complimentary breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. the staff was always helpful and welcoming.

The transfer from the airport was very expensive compared to the cheap taxis available in the city. the elevator was a bit small and took some time to arrive at our floor.
