The location of this hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and easily accessible to all the main attractions. It was such a great advantage to be able to walk to Republic Square in just a few minutes without needing any transportation. the staff at the hotel were friendly and professional. They were always available to assist and provide information, and even escorted my guests to my room after confirming with me. This made me feel extremely valued and taken care of during my stay.

There were a few minor issues that I had during my stay. the door lock in my room was a little tricky to handle.

We had an amazing stay at Kantar. the staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience the best. the apartment was clean and had everything we needed, including a kitchenette and comfortable furniture. the location was central and walking distance to Republic Square. Highly recommended!

This hotel is conveniently located, just a short walk away from the city center and important tourist attractions. It offers spacious and well-maintained rooms with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and excellent shower pressure. The staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread is varied and delicious, with options for every palate. the hotel provides good Wi-Fi connectivity and a reliable taxi service.

One downside is the slow elevator, which can be a bit inconvenient at times.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean room, great location near Republic Square, good value for money. Amazing sunset view from the room's 2 balconies. Cosy and clean room with a pleasant surprise for my birthday. Polite and professional staff, always ready to help. Generous room facilities and a nice view of Ararat.

We had a fantastic stay! The hotel is in a prime location, right in the city center, close to Republic square and the main attractions. The staff was amazing, very helpful despite the language barrier. The apartment we stayed in was massive and very clean. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the kitchen staff were very nice.

Nothing to complain about at all.

Excellent staff on reception, helpful and friendly. Simple yet clean and functional accommodation, with a washing machine in the apartment. Convenient location near food market, Vernissage, and St Gregory's Church. Great view of Ararat. Good restaurants nearby. Perfect for solo travelers.
