However, the Konyak Hotel allowed us to use their pool, which was a nice gesture. The location of the hotel was convenient and the rooms were comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and the Wi-Fi was fast. despite the initial setback, our stay at Konyak Hotel was satisfactory. I would recommend this hotel for its amenities and reasonable price.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quasi-industrial area, just outside of the city center, making it close to all the sights. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with huggable pillows and a well-stocked bathroom with plenty of towels and bathrobes. The staff is helpful and friendly, providing excellent service and even lending money for taxi bills. The breakfast is great and the views from the room and breakfast lounge are excellent, especially from the 6th floor. The hotel also offers a warm swimming pool and a top terrace with a nice view.

The room cleaners can be a bit unprofessional at times, occasionally losing their cleaning supplies and not thoroughly cleaning certain areas of the room.

the location was ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the center, and the rooms were spacious and clean. the hotel had all the necessary amenities and the pool bar offered reasonably priced signature drinks and shisha with a view of the pool. Special mention to the adorable Mikki, the hotel's special host.

The hotel's location wasn't great, with not too much nearby in terms of restaurants or activities. the air conditioning wasn't very effective, so it was hot in the rooms despite attempts to cool it down with the staff's help.
