The value for my money at New Citadel was excellent. The room was comfortable and had a cozy Middle Eastern/Moroccan style design. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the old city, making it easy to visit all the important sights. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Richard and Yana who went above and beyond to assist us. Plus, the rooftop view was simply amazing.

Additionally, the rooftop offered a breathtaking view of the entire area, including Olive Mount and even the sunrise. It was truly a sight to behold. Furthermore, the staff at this hotel were exceptional. Richard, the manager, went above and beyond to provide outstanding hospitality and support. He even helped with itinerary planning and ensured that I was well taken care of even after I checked out.
