We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. They spoke good English and were very polite and approachable. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the spaciousness of the rooms. The facilities were top-notch, including the fantastic breakfast with a wide range of choices. The hotel even allowed us an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. The transportation options were easily accessible, and the location was convenient for exploring this city. the service provided by the staff, especially Mr NOUBAR TATARIAN Deputy General Manager, was exceptional.

Excellent service and stunning facilities

During my recent stay at Multi Grand Pharaon, I experienced excellent service and was blown away by the stunning facilities. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, particularly Gohar and Anahita at the reception desk who were incredibly helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and the grounds are picturesque. I especially enjoyed the live entertainment by local singers and dancers right in front of the main building. The food at the main restaurant was absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of Armenian dishes that were mouthwatering and fresh. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, providing a great place to relax. I highly recommend this hotel for a fabulous and memorable stay.

Had a great holiday with my family in Armenia! the hotel was fantastic, with spacious rooms that were clean and comfortable. the indoor pool was a great amenity, and the free shuttle was an added bonus - it made getting around so much easier! the staff was really friendly and always willing to help with anything we needed. Plus, the nearby restaurants and shopping were great for a night out.

The breakfast buffet wasn't great - a bit limited in terms of variety. And, some of the amenities at the hotel weren't working properly, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel also has outstanding conference hall facilities, perfect for business events or gatherings. The spa offers a range of massage options and is fully equipped for relaxation and rejuvenation.

One negative aspect is the limited international channels on the TV, which may limit entertainment options for guests.

We had a luxurious stay here. the exclusive amenities were top-notch. the service was exceptional and the Spa & wellness centre was a perfect place to relax. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were clean and well-maintained. the restaurant and Poolside snack bar served delicious food. the private facilities were exclusive and offered maximum comfort. the location advantages were impeccable.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the live entertainment. We were hoping for more variety in the entertainment offered.
