The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a quiet garden with a pool, providing a peaceful oasis after a busy day.

One downside is that some appliances in the room emit light, which can be bothersome for light sleepers.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to assist regardless of the request. the hotel offered some lovely complimentary amenities including the use of beach towels and cleaning services. the pool area was a serene oasis to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the city.

Getting around the area was a bit challenging without a car, as public transport was limited and the hotel's location was a bit further from the beaches. However, this is not necessarily a reflection of the hotel itself and is something to consider when planning your stay in the area.

The complete kitchen set and bbq facilities were a bonus, as it allowed us to have some fun family cookouts during our stay. for the value, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

In terms of negatives, I honestly can't think of anything. This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would highly recommend it to my family and friends.

The staff demonstrated a high level of understanding and assistance when my flight was cancelled, making me feel like family.

While my overall experience was excellent, there were a few minor issues that could be improved. there were two days when the cleaner did not come, and the provided amount of toilet paper was not sufficient for that duration.
