They provided us with a preferential rate and their driver went above and beyond, making multiple trips to the airport and even offering to take us to the embassy for free if needed. our stay was pleasant and we appreciate the warm welcome from the reception staff.

We stayed in a hotel near the airport and it was perfect for us. This place is located in an industrial park, and it was an easy transfer to and from the airport using the free shuttle service. We liked the in-room amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and an electric kettle. The staff here were amazing, especially the manager who sorted out a mix-up with the rooms and upgraded our family with no extra charge.

The bathroom could have used more attention in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. the shower pressure was weak, and the bathroom fixtures were worn and outdated.

the staff were incredibly helpful, especially the late shift on January 6th. They provided me with an Incident Report for my insurance claim and even gave clear instructions on how to get temporary repairs for my car. Despite facing a plane load of unhappy travelers due to flight cancellations, the staff remained friendly and coped well. the hotel, Heartland, was particularly accommodating for my large travel group of 11 children and 7 adults. They ensured that parents were with their children and even provided a free shuttle service. the breakfast offered was excellent, and the staff provided great service throughout my stay. I highly recommend Heartland Hotel Auckland Airport to others.
