I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a wonderful experience. The location here is fantastic, as it is super close to the central train station which makes it easy to get around. The staff were excellent and provided great service, especially those who worked the night shift. The facilities and amenities were top-notch, including free Wi-Fi, 24-hour room service, and a flat-screen TV.

The room I stayed in was located near the elevator, causing a lot of noise from the corridor. The bathroom had a fully glass window in the shower, making it uncomfortable with the building opposite.

Had a great Xmas stay! Loved the complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi that were provided. the location was perfect for exploring the city and trying out different restaurants. Although the room was basic, it had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for making tea or coffee, and the lighting was a bit dim. the staff could have been more responsive to our requests for extra towels and pillows.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the free upgrade to a bigger room. the room itself was very comfortable, with a spacious layout and a great shower. the bed was big and cozy, perfect for a good night's sleep. the hotel's convenient location near Central Station and the surrounding bars and restaurants made exploring the city a breeze.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a few drawbacks. the hotel lacked some of the advertised amenities, such as iPads in the rooms and access to Netflix on the TV.

The hotel's industrial chic design added a unique touch, with its highlighting plumbing and gray washed internal walls that could be seen from Room 105.
