The views from the hotel, especially at sunset, are truly breathtaking.

One negative aspect is that there is limited public toilet availability, with only one or more in each block.

Beautiful sea and pool views from the upgraded room and lovely weather during the stay. Great variety of food options, including fresh fruit and pastries.

The hotel was very busy with lots of families, which meant it was often loud and hectic. the bed in the room was not very comfortable, causing poor sleep during the stay.

We were in Tenerife for a family getaway for 4 nights and we literally did not leave this amazing resort. Everything was there - fun, entertaining, relaxing, convenient, amazing. Perfect location just 10 min from the beach. Great selection of hot and cold food in the buffet, with many different tastes catered for. Lots of lifts dotted around the hotel, making uphill walks strictly voluntary. The kids swimming pool and waterpark area were a hit with my 4-year-old grand-daughter. The maintenance team even helped with buggy tires repair. The app was great for keeping track of events happening across the resort.
