Cons? the old building's noise transfer got a bit rowdy, and getting the wrong room was a bit of a snag. A bit rough around the edges, but she'll be right! .

The easy access to the boardwalk was fantastic for leisurely strolls up to the shops or down to the fisheries. As a senior woman, I found the pool well-maintained and at a comfortable temperature, perfect for a relaxing swim. the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful surroundings without any obstructions.

For a better vacation experience for senior people, I would suggest having soundproofing to lessen noise disturbances from other guests.

the apartment was spacious - clean & tidy. close to everything - just opposite the wharf. could hear the ocean from the balcony. amazing views from each bedroom. staff member gave great local advice.

We had an incredible stay at a beachfront apartment with breathtaking views. The location was perfect, with easy access to the Mooloolaba Warf and all its fantastic restaurants. The apartment was spacious and bright, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. We loved hearing the sound of the waves from the balcony. The service provided by the hosts was exceptional, making our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment also had great facilities, including a TV with Foxtel and two bathrooms. We couldn't have asked for a better holiday spot.

Some rooms were starting to show signs of aging, but it didn't affect our overall comfort.

Great location with ocean views and close to attractions and dining options. Friendly and informative hosts. Easy access to quiet beach. Planning to return for another trip. 100% recommend.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to everything we needed for a good holiday. We were just a short walk away from the restaurants, shops, and surf club. Additionally, being so close to the beach, we could even hear the ocean all night. The apartments were spacious, clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed, including leather lounges and two bedrooms. The heated pool was a great feature, and there were also dollys available for convenience.

The access to the pool via steep steps could be challenging for shorter individuals.

The hosts were friendly and helpful, unit had spectacular views, good quality contents, lovely deck for dining, comfortable.

We had a fantastic time at 84 The Spit Holiday Apartments. The location was amazing, right on the beach and close to great restaurants. The owners, Sidney and Lauren, were so accommodating and even arranged for champagne and flowers for our anniversary celebration. The apartment itself was beautiful and exactly as advertised. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend getaway.

Had a great Christmas break at a beachfront apartment. Loved that it was just a short walk from the wharf, where we enjoyed some delicious seafood and convenient stores. the apartment was clean and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed the stunning sea views from our panoramic windows and the friendly and helpful staff.

The apartment could use some updates, particularly with the TV viewing options. the basic Foxtel package was limited, and we couldn't access most of the shows we wanted to watch.
