The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is very close to the seafront but still quiet. It is also close enough to the town centre to be able to walk there easily. You can easily access everything you could want to do in Skegness from this hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-decorated, with modern decor and a nice color scheme. The hosts are attentive and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The breakfast options are excellent, with a good choice of foods and alternatives available.

The view from the hotel is not very impressive.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being really close to the centre of Skegness attractions. We were able to walk to the shops for some squash and it was close enough to town centre to walk too. The room and bathroom were clean and tastefully decorated. The service provided by the hosts was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious and cooked to perfection. our stay was enjoyable and convenient.

The communication skills of one of the hosts could be improved.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a fantastic stay at a bed and breakfast in Skegness. Rosie Flanagan's was easily the best B&B we've ever stayed in. the hosts, Keith and Vicki, were excellent and set a new standard for guest houses. the room and central areas were tastefully decorated and extremely clean. the beds were comfortable, and the little table and chairs area was a nice touch. We also appreciated the free parking and the excellent amenities provided. the breakfast was lovely and generous, and Keith and Vicki were very accommodating with our breakfast preferences. In these times of concern, we were reassured by the cleanliness of the premises.
