Just had an amazing stay at a hotel near the airport in Mt Isa. LOVED the included breakfast and the air-conditioned rooms. the swimming pool was even better in person. Definitely going back! 😊

the room was super comfortable with plenty of complimentary items. the parking spaces were incredibly convenient. the layout of the room was SUPERB with big windows and natural light. the nearby restaurant was a fantastic option, and the location just 5 minutes from the town's centre was perfect.

The hotel's décor was charming and cozy, making me feel right at home. the beautiful garden area with seating both in front and behind the room was delightful to relax in. the easy-to-access parking right outside the room was perfect for us seniors, allowing us to avoid long walks and stairs.

The only thing I would have wished for to enhance the senior vacation experience is clearer signage for navigation around the property.

I always return to this superb place with caring staff. I was warmly assisted in finding a car service. Everything I need is here - Wi-Fi, parking, laundry, bar, restaurant, saltwater pool. Perfect for my city breaks.

Our Christmas stay was ruined by the staff's unprofessionalism - we were charged more money on the day of arrival and our room was double-booked. When we complained, the staff were rude and dismissive.

The room was spacious and smelled clean and fresh. The young couple who manage it were such a lovely welcoming couple. The beds were comfy and the dinner at the adjoining restaurant was delicious. Despite a few minor issues, overall I had a safe, clean, and comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel to others.
