Great Location and Excellent Staff I thoroughly enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, being close to various attractions and eateries. the staff were attentive and friendly, making my stay pleasant. the lack of proper room amenities such as wine glasses and milk in the fridge could be improved for a better experience.

My recent stay at Ace Hotel was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes just a short walk away. The hotel itself had a trendy and cool vibe, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with excellent service. I also appreciated the spacious and well-designed rooms, providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Great vibe at the bar and restaurant with DJs and a good selection of drinks and food. Quiet but central location. Friendly and helpful staff. Free drinks as a nice gesture. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and is surrounded by great restaurants in the Surry Hills neighborhood. The lobby bar offers a trendy atmosphere and the rooms are stylishly decorated with small touches like a hamper of unusual drinks and snacks. The breakfast at the hotel is excellent and the service is top-notch.

The cleanliness of the common areas, such as the Surry Hills neighborhood, could be improved as it was hard to see when cleaning had been done in that area.

The hotel location was great, right in the heart of the city and close to many restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the comfortable bed and the amenities provided in the room, such as body wash and a record player that added a special touch to our romantic escape.

The room size was very small for the price we paid. the fixtures and amenities were not of great quality, and the bathroom tap and shower door handle were broken.
