Staff is amazing. Equipments are new and comfortable. Breakfast is diverse with buffet and "A la carte" options. Great quality and choices for everyone. Suitable for lactose intolerant.

The interior design of the rooms was great, and the staff was friendly. We appreciated having a wide selection at breakfast and enjoyed the option of an "A la carte" or buffet style. the hotel's location was convenient as it was within walking distance of the city center.

The spa area was a bit of a letdown as the sauna was not functioning properly. parking was an issue as we were not allowed to park in front of the hotel, even though other cars were parked there permanently.

We recently stayed at a luxurious hotel in Plovdiv and we were extremely impressed with its modern and elegant design. the staff were very accommodating and made us feel like royalty from the moment we arrived. Our spacious room had exclusive amenities and a beautiful spa lounge made us feel totally pampered.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the sauna, which didn't function properly. It wasn't a major problem, as there were plenty of other amazing spa facilities that we could enjoy, but we felt that it should be addressed.

Newly built, elegant hotel. Short walk from the Old Town. Ultra modern and comfy rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Great restaurant and breakfast choices. Amazing staff and equipment. Modern and comfortable interior design. Smart room with web-based control.
