Comfortable bed and 24/7 reception were appreciated.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by the room layout, which was quite odd and made the space feel cramped. The heavy glass door to the bathroom was impractical. it swung in and out and caused water to leak onto the floor. Furthermore, the elevator situation was frustrating, as there was only one lift serving our section, leading to long waits when trying to leave our room.

This place was just a great fit for a short break in Sydney with good value. I really appreciated having a phone to take out with me since I didn’t have data on my UK phone. Bring your own toiletries just in case they aren't fully stocked.

The location was great—close to Oxford street yet quietly tucked away so very quiet. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. Also, the design of the rooms was pretty unique!

check-in was a horrendous experience. the staff's hostility makes one feel like a total inconvenience. also, my shower was either scalding or freezing—such a lovely surprise. don't even get me started on the dirty cups and stained bathroom. I expected at least some sort of upgrade for the trouble, but apparently not! just couldn’t give a good review!
