Nice pool with loungers. Great room and comfy bed, big TV, lots of channels. Bathroom was huge with a great shower. Rooms cleaned daily. Staff were fantastic, made our stay special.

We had a great stay here! The location is perfect with two Metro stations nearby and great services such as room service, bicycle hire, bell staff, and shuttle service available. The rooms were spacious and cozy with air conditioning, mini-bar, and a television. The staff were fantastic and accommodating, always ready to assist us with our needs. We also enjoyed the lovely pool and sun terrace.

This hotel is a great choice for a city trip! the staff is very friendly and welcoming, ready to help with anything you need. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well furnished. We loved the complementary amenities, including a fitness room and room service. the location is perfect, just a short walk from the main square and close to lots of great restaurants and bars.

The breakfast was not very varied and lacked some options. the lobby area is quite small and doesn't offer much seating.

I recently stayed at NH Collection Madrid Colon for 6 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel had modern and clean rooms, with USB ports built into the wall sockets for easy phone and iPad charging. I also appreciated the variety of breakfast options available, catering to vegetarians, vegans, and meat lovers alike. The swimming pool was a great way to beat the heat, and the next level room upgrade provided extra space and amenities. The staff were friendly and responsive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of this hotel is perfect for those who love shopping, as it is situated in the most luxurious shopping area of the city. It is also located in the nicest neighborhood, close to the main shopping district and the subway, making it extremely convenient. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with excellent shower facilities. The staff provide excellent service, accommodating special needs and even offering turn down service. The breakfast is delicious and satisfying. Additionally, the hotel offers a beautiful view of the surrounding area.

We had a fantastic stay at this great hotel. The breakfast was amazing, on par with any 5-star hotel. The staff were wonderful, providing excellent service and accommodating our needs. We enjoyed the little extras provided and found it to be real value for money. The location in the lovely Salamanca district was perfect, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants right on our doorstep. We also appreciated the option for a late check-out at a reasonable cost. we had a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
