I was able to check in early and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transport and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. the room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed and pillow. It was also well-equipped with basic kitchen amenities. it was a great experience and I would definitely return.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😄

The lady at check-in was amazing. I accidentally booked one room at the wrong location but she quickly fixed it and cancelled the other one without any fees. The room was clean and the double-glazed windows kept it quiet. Great location near public transport and shops. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

We had a great stay at the Adina Apartment Hotel. the location was perfect, with a train station just across the road and the Queen Street Mall a short walk away. the room was clean and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchenette and a comfortable couch. the staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to organize a hire car for us. We also enjoyed the range of pillows and the convenience of having a Woolworths next door. a fantastic experience.

We loved how this place was located right in front of the train station! The 24-hour reception is always welcoming and they offer an array of services, like laundry and room service. The room was great, with everything we needed: ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a cozy sitting area with a flat-screen TV. Plus, we really appreciated the staff's effort in accommodating our needs and even offered us a late checkout when we needed it.

There were no negative aspects to mention about this venue! We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service and amenities.

We had a fantastic stay at this conveniently located hotel. The main train station was right opposite, making it super easy to travel from the airport. We were delighted to find shopping and dining options just behind the hotel, perfect for grabbing a quick bite or exploring the city. The room was modern and clean, with a comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. The friendly staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The hotel's common areas could use a refresh, especially the carpets and lobby.

Stayed over Christmas and loved the complementary mince pies and candy canes left in the room. Location was fantastic, in the heart of the city with easy access to shops and restaurants. Really appreciated having a kitchenette in the room, made preparing meals a breeze.

Bins were not emptied during our stay and we had to take care of it ourselves. This is not up to the standard we are used to with similar accommodations.
