Excellent location opposite Pyrmont Bridge easy access to Darling Harbour restaurants and close to attractions tea and free mineral water added a nice touch

Rooms are small making it difficult to work comfortably and the bench/workstation lacks space for a laptop which can frustrate business travelers

I appreciated the chic design and the complimentary sparkling water stations throughout my stay. The comfortable bed and great bathroom amenities made the small room manageable for our short visit.

Unfortunately, the room was tiny, making it difficult to move around comfortably. There was hardly any space to even get dressed, and the limited seating in the foyer left us feeling confined. Additionally, parking was a hassle, costing more than anticipated and far from ideal for those relying on a car during their stay.

The hotel’s location was a real winner! It was just a quick walk to both Darling Harbour and the Lyric Theatre. We enjoyed delicious breakfast at the hotel—great portion sizes!

However, our room felt quite small, especially with large suitcases. It was cozy for one night, but if you plan to stay longer, it might feel cramped.

the location was nice, but the room was absolutely tiny. i had to iron on the bed, which is just ridiculous. honestly, with all the dust i found under there, it was rather surprising no one offered me a complimentary upgrade. i almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t look past these glaring issues.

absolutely loved the street view, but the noise from partygoers was, well, quite unbearable. plus, there was the irritating issue of insufficient floorspace to even unpack my suitcase! I expected a complimentary coffee after a fire alarm—anything really! I almost wrote a good review, but these little things just ruin it.

Had a cozy stay in a small queen room and absolutely loved the free sparkling water stations—such a refreshing touch! There’s a chill bar area to wind down and a darts board for a fun night in. Just be prepared for some street noise at night. it didn’t bother me too much, but a pair of earplugs might help! 😊

Just spent 3 nights in a cozy queen room with a street view. The vibe was super chill, and I loved the free sparkling water stations—totally used them all the time! The bar area was a perfect spot to unwind after exploring. Only thing was the room was a little snug for my taste.

I loved relaxing in the comfy room with a Dyson hairdryer and the convenient steamer for my clothes. It was nice to unwind in the bar area and take advantage of the free sparkling water available throughout the hotel. The room felt a bit snug, but it didn’t take away from my overall experience. 😊
