The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with arranging taxis and even organizing special honeymoon touches like flowers, balloons, and prosecco. The hotel itself has a unique design with sliding doors and glass walls, and our clean and comfortable room had a great view from the balcony. The location is ideal, right in the historic center and close to main attractions like Via Etna and the Duomo. Additionally, the attentive staff on-site provided great recommendations for restaurants and nightlife. We also loved the breakfast at the nearby coffee shop, which had delicious pastries.
