Traveling for leisure, our stay was enhanced by the stunning 1881 building filled with history and a vast camera collection. Warm hospitality from the owners, a fantastic ocean view, and delightful breakfast. the artistic ambiance created by the unique decor was truly memorable.

Just stayed at a lovely place next to a nightclub. LOVED the comfy rooms with a sofa. Breakfast was basic but hit the spot. Would return! the photos don't do justice to the cozy rooms.

The location of this guest house was very convenient, being close to a nightclub, a pub that can get noisy on Saturdays, and the entertainment center. Additionally, it was directly across from the harbor, providing a nice view for guests. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, with a great shower. The host was very friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for dining and things to see. The breakfast was delicious and the overall atmosphere was cozy and welcoming.

The room decor and furniture could use some updating and modernizing.

The breakfast was amazing, with a choice of different dishes to suit all tastes and preferences. the location was also great, with easy access to the main attractions of the area and stunning views of the waterfront. the quirky decor of the place added more charm to the experience, making it feel more unique and authentic.

The room was a bit small and the lack of air conditioning or fan made it a bit uncomfortable at times. the shared bathroom facilities were not always as clean as I would have liked.

I had a wonderful stay at Foreshore Guest House. The historic building was beautiful and full of charm. My host, Kathryn, was amazing and her attention to detail with the decor was impressive. She also cooked a delicious breakfast for me. The location was perfect and I loved the ocean view. The added touch of port wine in the common area was lovely. Despite the bathrooms needing renovating and some dust around, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wish I could have stayed longer.

The value for money is impressive, with affordable prices for the spacious rooms that come with both a double and single bed. The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. One detail that stood out from the reviews was the copious amount of unending hot coffee available during breakfast, which is perfect for coffee lovers like myself.

All was perfect and there was nothing I didn't like.
