Spacious room, comfy bed, great bathroom. Lovely staff and good breakfast. Construction noise and understocked mini bar were drawbacks. Overall, an okay experience.

The Garden rooms at Alexandra Hills Hotel provided a spacious and convenient stay for our family during a sports carnival. the easy access to the main hotel for meals was a plus, and the dinner was fast, well-priced, and delicious. the on-site parking and plunger coffee in the room were unexpected delights that added to our relaxation. the landmarks nearby, such as Raby Bay Foreshore Park and Redland Art Gallery, allowed for enjoyable family bonding experiences. Our second home vibe was slightly disrupted by maintenance issues in the garden area rooms, but our overall experience was positive and comfortable, thanks to the welcoming staff and excellent amenities.

I stayed at a hotel in Cleveland recently and was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and clean room. The location was fantastic, as it was close to everything I needed and even near the nightclub area. The bathroom was well-equipped and the service provided by the staff was great. Additionally, the hotel had an on-site restaurant with excellent food at affordable prices. Furthermore, there was plenty of parking available for guests.

The shower in the room had a loose shower head, making it difficult to control the water flow.

The dinner was delicious, served quickly in a charming bistro setting. The staff provided excellent table service and were helpful during check out. The secure parking was a welcome feature, and the hotel room was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. It was convenient to be able to park right outside the room, making unpacking and packing the car easy.

Felt right at home here, nothing to complain about.

The room was cozy with a nice view, perfect for relaxing after a long day out exploring. As a family with kids, we found the in-room tea and coffee facilities very convenient for quick refreshments.

The laundry facilities could use an update, but that's just my personal preference.

At my first stay, the staff helped with my room issue late at night, showing exceptional care. I return for holiday due to Free Wi-Fi, Free parking, 24-hour reception, Fitness centre. Suitable amenities: Air conditioning, No smoking, Babysitting. Favorite features: Bar, Restaurant, Outdoor dining, and Friendly service.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional service. The receptionist, Laura, made us feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely outdoor terrace where we could relax. We were pleasantly surprised to find a free newspaper delivered to our door in the morning. The hot breakfast was delicious and filling, and we appreciated the complimentary water bottles in the fridge. The convenience of parking right outside our door was a major plus. this place exceeded our expectations and provided excellent value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at Alexandra Hills Hotel! The breakfast was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious food and fresh fruit. The bed in my room was unbelievably comfortable, and I loved the spacious balcony that offered a peaceful retreat away from any noise. The decor was cool and trendy, and the restaurant meals were absolutely awesome. The bathroom was big and luxurious, making it a pleasure to use.

The dinner was delicious and the staff was attentive and helpful. the bistro/restaurant setting was cozy and charming. the secure parking was convenient and provided peace of mind.

There was also no breakfast menu or information on how to get breakfast. the absence of a microwave and a lounge in the room was a letdown.
