Room had two small beds, not enough space. Jets in spa bath gave me a hair scare. Cricket kept me up at night, staff dismissed my plight. Location and friendly staff persuaded me to give another stay a go. And don't get me started on those noisy morning feet! Thankful for the quick room swap and early check-in for a fresh start. Oh, and that chlorine-throat feeling? Not my cup of tea!

The facilities were great for families. the pool, playground and tennis court were a hit with the kids. the staff were helpful and friendly, and there was plenty of space in the car park. the location was ideal for a city trip with easy access to shops and restaurants, as well as being close to ski hire and the stop for transport to the mountains.

The hotel felt dated and lacked recreational activities for the price we paid. the drying room was particularly ineffective, leaving us with wet boots for the day.
