Great seafood, nice staff

I loved the friendly staff and clean rooms. The seafood options were awesome, and having a fridge and microwave was super handy. The location was perfect for everything, too. Just wish there was room service, especially since I had to figure out how to get food with my wheelchair. That was a little frustrating.

I had such a great time at this hotel! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony. The hotel is in a great area with beautiful landscaping, and the marina right nearby offers river tours, which was a fantastic experience. Breakfast was included, and enjoying it with a view and a breeze made it even more enjoyable.

All was great, but it would have been even better with a working pool heater.

During my recent stay, I was delighted with the location of this hotel. It was situated by the river, which provided a spectacular view and a relaxing ambiance. Additionally, the hotel is located close to a more open area, allowing for more space to dance in the sand. The rooms were well-kept, and the staff provided excellent service. Breakfast had a variety of options, while the night's entertainment was enjoyable just like reviewees posted. Not to mention the neat and orderly pool.

There was some inconsistency with the housekeeping staff as one reviewer mentioned.

The decor of this resort is absolutely stunning. The Palm trees, beach area, and docks create a truly magical and fun atmosphere. The gift shop is also a nice touch. The breakfast and dinner served here are exceptional, and the live music adds to the enjoyable ambiance. Our room had a view and a refreshing breeze. We also appreciated the quick response from maintenance when we had a small issue with our safe. The sunrise, along with the sights of fish, dolphins, and birds, made our stay even more memorable. We loved this place! The location is perfect, right on the marina with river tours available. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was friendly and accommodating, they offered us a welcome drink and helped us with tours and tickets. We enjoyed happy hour at the bar and had a great dinner at the restaurant. Our room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely terrace with garden furniture. The amenities were great, including air conditioning, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV.

We would recommend this hotel to families.

Absolutely Pleasant Stay

After a long search for a hotel, I stumbled upon this fantastic place. The room and facilities were beyond my expectations - clean, comfortable, and in great condition. The staff's attitude was amazing, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Being centrally located, it was easy to explore the area. The restaurants in the resort were a delight, with friendly and competent waitstaff. The food was decent and reasonably priced. I even had the opportunity to go on a boat tour to see dolphins and alligators right from the resort. The beach bar was my favorite spot, with live music and drinks on the sand. I had a wonderful time and I will definitely be back!

My boyfriend and I had a surprise night out together and decided to stay at Capt Hiram's Resort. The room was cute and the bed was incredibly comfy. We loved spending time on the balcony. We were so impressed with the place that we extended our stay and even got a discount. The location was perfect for us, traveling from Orlando. The hotel was nice and relaxing, and we highly recommend it to everyone. The hotel staff, especially Susie from the Adventure Center, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at Capt Hirams Resort! The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable chairs and a large window overlooking the pool. On the river, next to the shoreline, this hotel offers amazing views and easy access to the river for sunrise watching. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. The beds were super comfy and the balcony was a nice touch.
