The staff were super friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed for a great holiday. They even gave us discounts for nearby attractions and supplied us with maps and activity suggestions. the location was perfect, close to the town centre and attractions. the cabins were clean, well-equipped, and cozy, making our stay very comfortable. We even enjoyed a delicious dinner at the on-site restaurant and had a great day at a nearby amusement park.

That the bunk mattresses were not very comfortable for adults, but the double bed made up for it. It's a minor issue and didn't greatly impact our overall experience.

The cozy cabin had super comfy beds and a great location near Cowes. Despite the TV issues and lack of towel service, we enjoyed the bushy outlook, friendly staff, and nearby attractions like the amusement park and koala reserve. The family suite was spacious, and the half-price credits for activities were a nice touch. Though the pricing was a bit high during holidays, we had a lovely time and would love to return for any specials.

clean cabins in a great spot near the GP track. staff handled tv and water leak issues well. the glamping experience is unique - with a bbq deck and fun bocce lawn. got a 50% off voucher for nearby amaze n things. easy access to beaches and Cowes.

The database provided an extensive collection of resources and allowed for easy search and retrieval of information. the room was cleaned daily and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was starting to look a bit tired and could use a refresh, especially considering the price point.

Being close to all the activities on the island, especially the popular attraction Amaze n'things, was a major plus. the cleanliness of the facilities was impeccable, and the friendly staff made the stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast options were top-notch, and having water bottles and chocolates provided in the fridge was a thoughtful touch.

Just stayed at a hotel near Amaze n'things. Kids LOVED it! the staff were amazing and breakfast before outings was convenient. the pool was better than in photos. Would go back!

The well-maintained cabin was a cozy oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of everyday life. the spacious open plan kitchen and lounge area made socializing a breeze, like hosting a party in a chic city loft. So fun!

We had a fantastic stay at this holiday park! The family unit was perfect for us with separate bedrooms, a spacious lounge room, and a well-equipped bathroom. The electric frypan and toaster were great additions that made our stay even more convenient.

Breakfast delights were a bit lacking. The dishes needed a good wash before use, and some plates and mugs were not clean enough.

our recent stay at Phillip Island Park Lane Holiday Park was wonderful. the family cabin was cosy with clean sheets, surrounded by tall trees. the staff, especially Amanda, were friendly and welcoming, offering treats and efficient check-in. the swimming pool was great with warm water, perfect for families. the location near the GP track, restaurant, and a short drive to town made it ideal.

The location of the holiday park was great as it was close to the race track and all the tourist attractions. It was also away from the crowded tourist areas and close to the beach. The room was spacious and had a good air conditioning system. The staff was friendly and the restaurant nearby had delicious food.

Cleanliness could have been improved with some dusting and vacuuming.

Our Christmas stay was great! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and many local attractions. We loved the friendly staff who helped us plan our activities and even gave us some great dining recommendations. the cabin was clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. We especially enjoyed the outdoor game area and the kids had a blast playing checkers and other games with each other.

While our overall experience was positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. the pool could have used some updating and repainting, and the bathroom in our cabin had a persistent dripping noise that was a bit annoying at night.
