The location of Ararat Colonial Lodge Motel was fantastic, with comfy beds and easy access to shops. I appreciated the option for in-room breakfast, although limited. Friendly check-in staff made up for the dated room and low water pressure. a pleasant stay despite some minor improvements needed.

we had a fantastic night at Colonial Lodge Motel. the managers were so accommodating, leaving the key for our late arrival and turning on the heater to warm up the room. the location is unbeatable, with Woolies just across the street and main shops a short walk away. the room was cozy with a comfortable bed, big TV, and convenient parking right outside. definitely a place we'd return to for a relaxing stay.

Despite experiencing some cleanliness and maintenance issues during my stay, such as filthy carpets and difficult-to-adjust showers, the comfortable beds and central location of the motel were the highlights for me. the option to have breakfast in the room was convenient, although it lacked certain essentials like cutlery and crockery. the stay was decent but could benefit from improvements in room upkeep and amenities provision.

The location is ideal, just a short walk from the town center, with a major supermarket and shopping center conveniently nearby. The rooms are comfortable, with basic amenities and a cozy, older heater that keeps you warm. The breakfast options are satisfactory with a decent selection to choose from. Additionally, the hotel pays attention to detail by providing clean rooms with new carpet and paint, adding to the overall pleasant experience. Despite being centrally located, there is surprisingly little noise disturbance, unlike other hotels in town.
