Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly by the staff who gave us a delightful rundown of the hotel's features, including the charming bistro and tavern. the room was surprisingly pleasant, boasting modern amenities and a large TV, making us feel like characters in a high-end TV show.

Thanks to a hair incident, breakfast was on the house. the layout of my room was like a puzzle, the final piece a giant dinner table in the way of the bathroom. An impromptu obstacle course. However, the river view was a knockout. Sadly, the fan played hide and seek with steam, leaving the mirror a secret admirer. the busy street serenading me was unexpected, but the hush once the door shut felt like pure bliss. So, a mix of melodies. Hats off to the emergency MIA act from staff.

Convenient Location and Helpful Staff

The hotel's convenient location next to the Spirit of Tasmania terminal made our late arrival hassle-free, with clear instructions for late check-in. the helpful staff went above and beyond to assist us with our travel plans. the only downside was the bathroom door not meeting wet area standards, but it did not overshadow our overall positive experience.

The room was clean and cozy with a king-size bed, and the motel staff were super friendly. We loved how warm the room was, and it was in just the right spot for our needs. the bistro food was incredible and the breakfast was top-notch, making our stay truly memorable. 🌟 we wished for more guidance on the roadworks outside the motel to avoid getting stuck in detours, but it didn't dampen our overall great experience.

It was very convenient to be close to the ferry terminal for those taking off early. The location near the airport was also a plus. Having a restaurant next door was also handy for guests who were interested in running the restaurant.

There were some noisy neighbors who made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

Great spot for catching the ferry, close to shops and restaurants. Conveniently located near a major highway, making it easy to explore the city by car. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food in the restaurant was reasonably priced. Complimentary breakfast was a bonus and tasted great.

The rooms could use some renovation and thorough cleaning. There were minor maintenance issues and the bathroom had a bit of mold.
