On the flip side, while the bed was cozy, it leaned towards the softer side, and the room cleaning schedule was a bit early for the laid-back travelers. .

Despite the ongoing upgrade outside, my stay at Arkaba Hotel was charming. the clean rooms, fantastic service, and delicious meals made up for any minor inconveniences. As an environmentally conscious traveler, I appreciated the hotel's commitment to cleanliness and comfort in a cozy, slightly nostalgic setting.

I had a wild surprise with the "neighbors" next door - sounds like they were auditioning for a reality show! Luckily, the hotel's quiet rooms and comfy bed saved the day. Plus, the free chips and Tim Tams were a cheeky bonus. Can't complain about the laundry service either - even if it's not on the house. This Aussie surfer dude was pleasantly surprised.

The Arkaba Hotel is in a convenient location, with access to shops and a quick ride to town. It's right next to Woolworths, making it easy to grab any essentials you might need. We stayed here after picking up our family from a long flight from Germany, and the hotel's proximity to the airport was a huge plus. The room was clean and well-presented, with a comfortable bed and good blackout curtains that ensured a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom was also clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and the complimentary breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. The hotel had a range of facilities, including a spa and a sports bar, which added to the overall experience.

The reception staff could have been a bit warmer and more welcoming. A smile goes a long way in creating a positive first impression.

We had a wonderful stay here. This place is close to everything we wanted to do and opposite a shopping area, which was very handy. We also appreciated being opposite Frewville supermarket, it's a delightful place to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful from the Housekeeping to Duty Managers and in the Receptionists at reception desk. Room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping and laundry were all amazing. The welcome drink and happy hour was a nice touch. The rooms were well appointed with ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, sitting area. We also enjoyed the flat-screen TV, carpeted floor and free toiletries. The dining restaurant provided a beautiful in-room breakfast, and the bar/lounge area, snack bar and special diet menus were all excellent.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family.

Convenient location, modern technology in rooms, great hotel facilities, tasty menu, and beautiful touch of scented soaps in the bathroom. We had a lovely surprise of a room upgrade and enjoyed the amazing shower. The option to upgrade to hot breakfast for a reasonable price was excellent. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay.

While the hotel offers a great overall experience, some guests have mentioned occasional noise disturbances, which can be a drawback for light sleepers.

Our luxury spa suite had an amazing view of the city and was equipped with a touch phone to control the lights and temperature, making it very comfortable. The spa was also great and the bed was extremely soft and cozy. We would definitely stay here again. However, the lack of balcony and powerpoints near the bed were a slight inconvenience. highly recommend this hotel.

Sipped cocktails with the girls in the charming Lounge Bar, indulged in delicious meals at the Bistro, and enjoyed the vibrant dining atmosphere with good company. Ended the day watching sports in Sportys. Browsed Arkaba Cellars for premium wines. Cons: Had a blast trying to order room service with a broken phone.

Nothing it is perfect.

The hotel offered great value for money and had a wonderful location. the staff were very accommodating and helpful. One of the highlights of staying at the hotel was the spacious and clean room with a sensational bathroom. the room had a good practical size with separate living room and a nice view.

While the room was comfortable, the air conditioning unit was quite loud and the exposed brick interior felt somewhat dated. breakfast did not include any hot food without an additional charge and it was not communicated upfront.
