We spent our Xmas holiday in this hotel and we loved the complementary gifts of fresh fruits and champagne in our room upon arrival. the location was great, just a stone’s throw away from the train and tram stations. It was spectacular and offered stunning views of the city.

We didn’t like the additional charge for paying with a credit card, which was quite high. It was also inconvenient that we couldn’t pay through bank transfer.
