We spent our Xmas holiday in this hotel and we loved the complementary gifts of fresh fruits and champagne in our room upon arrival. The location was great, just a stone’s throw away from the train and tram stations. The heated swimming pool on the upper deck was the best part of our stay. It was spectacular and offered stunning views of the city.

We didn’t like the additional charge for paying with a credit card, which was quite high. It was also inconvenient that we couldn’t pay through bank transfer.
