Exceptional staff and artistic ambience

The staff at the hotel were incredibly attentive and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the artistic ambiance of the hotel added a unique touch to the experience, making it a memorable stay. One improvement would be to offer housekeeping services without the need to specifically request it.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at reception were amazing, even greeting us with a "Happy Birthday" for my 40th. They even offered us some bubbly to celebrate. The room was super funky, with awesome artwork and a real sense of hipster life in this city. The location was perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Chapel st, and we loved being in the heart of the Chapel st precinct. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with the option to Chromecast onto the TV, so we could watch our favorite shows. The room was also very clean and we loved the decor.

During our stay at The Cullen, we were greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk who was genuinely excited for us. She provided excellent late-night service, even though we arrived after midnight. It was heartwarming to receive such a warm welcome on our special occasion. The staff at this hotel truly go above and beyond to make their guests feel taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service.

As bike riders, we loved the easy access to the nearby market and the convenience of walking distance to local attractions. The staff at The Cullen were prompt and helpful, both over the phone and at the front desk. We also appreciated the spacious balcony in our gorgeous room, providing a fantastic view of the city skyline. The beds were amazing, providing a big comfy space to rest after a long day of exploring. The gym was also a great feature, with up-to-date equipment and a quiet atmosphere for a good workout. our experience at The Cullen was fantastic as bike riders.

Located in a lovely area, the hotel is conveniently close to Chapel Street where we attended an event. The tram to the city is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore. Additionally, it is in proximity to the restaurant we had reservations at. The rooms are well-appointed with big comfy beds, offering a city view from the balcony. The staff is prompt and helpful, providing excellent service.

Complimentary water would have been a nice addition.

The room decor was stunning, with art displayed throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The staff at the front desk were friendly and always ready to assist. The restaurant served excellent food, especially the snapper ceviche. A perfect choice for a stay in the heart of the city.

Complementary chocolates and champagne were a nice touch. the hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to shops and restaurants. the room decor was modern and sleek.

The room was not well-insulated, as we could hear everything from the street and other rooms. the air conditioning did not work properly, leaving us hot and uncomfortable.

Great location near markets, cafes, and restaurants. Comfy bed and quirky, colorful decor. Exceptional service, even went above and beyond to fix a wardrobe malfunction. Lovely artwork in the room. Delicious meal at the on-site Chinese restaurant, with a special gift of champagne. Convenient amenities like a balcony, blinds, and Chromecast.

The stylish Art Series hotel offers friendly and helpful staff. the rooms are great with a kitchenette and the location is convenient, with a tram stop nearby.
