I got great value for my money at Parc Plaza. The room was comfortable and I loved waking up to the soothing sounds of the park. The location was perfect, a peaceful spot just a short walk from the city center. The staff were genuine and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

The breakfast option could have been better with a wider variety of choices.

Great location, just a short walk to the city center. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good shower. The parking options were convenient, especially the underground car park. The lift from the car park made it easy to bring in our luggage. I had a restful and easy stay at Parc Plaza.

This hotel is perfect for a city break, with its central location and proximity to sightseeing spots and the old town. The value for money is great, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient, and the views from the window were lovely.

All was well; however, I would have preferred a door for the bathroom.

Great location, very convenient for exploring the city center on foot. Good hotel parking available with a reasonable supplement. Rooms were spacious and comfortable, with nice views of the surroundings.

Poor service at check-in, had to wait for a long time and staff were not welcoming. Rooms were not well-equipped, lacking basic amenities like a wardrobe.

The hotel is situated within a beautiful park area, with an amazing view of the valley from the restaurant's terrace. It is located in a quiet area, so there is no traffic noise to disturb you at night. The rooms are exactly as in the picture, with basic amenities and very comfortable beds. It's easy to access the old town from here, which is perfect for sightseeing. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and, with a splendid view, you can start your day right.

We had a wonderful stay at Parc Plaza! the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. the hotel's location made it very easy for us to walk around and explore the city. the room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the special welcome we received for our dog, including a towel, rug, welcome cookie, and note just for him. It truly made us feel welcome and cared for.

Well-maintained conference-type accommodation with friendly, helpful staff, a nice shower and comfy bed. Ideal location within a short walk from the city centre where there are plenty of dining and entertainment options. Enjoyed the fresh air from the open door in the room.

Can't fault anything about it.

My weekend stay was exceptional. the newly renovated rooms had comfortable mattresses and the parking facilities were great. the staff was also kind and attentive. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of food options.

The cleanliness in some areas could have been better. There was dust in the room and, in one instance, our room was not cleaned even though we did not have the "do not disturb" sign up.
