During our Christmas stay, we were treated to exceptional service from the friendly and attentive front desk staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and made us feel welcome. the comfortable beds provided a great night's sleep, and the stylish decor, including the beautiful wall-sized windows, created a bright and enjoyable atmosphere.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. The lack of adequate cleaning utilities meant that our dishes were not thoroughly cleaned in the dishwasher.

Great location for shoppers, runners, and tennis fans. Lovely pool and professional inhouse restaurant with tasty food. Rental cars and bicycles available by the hour. Fabulous artwork and design, well-appointed kitchenette and clean rooms. Soundproofed rooms, comfortable beds, and helpful staff.

The hotel is located in a great area close to a shopping center, with convenient tram stops nearby. There is also a carpark just around the corner that offers cheaper rates for guests. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Guests have mentioned the comfortable beds and the concierge Will, who provided excellent service.

One negative aspect mentioned in a review was the unhelpful and unfriendly behavior of a staff member during check-in.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Art Series - The Olsen. The location was fantastic, with plenty of walkable attractions, delicious restaurants, and trendy shops nearby. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and catered to my needs. The room, although a bit tired, had a comfortable bed and an excellent shower. I appreciated the efforts made by the staff to keep the room clean. I had a lovely experience at Art Series - The Olsen and would recommend it.

The Olsen offers comfortable rooms with top-notch bedding and excellent staff. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping. The hotel also provides a gym, pool, and a mini kitchen in the room, perfect for business travelers. The dining options are impeccable, and the hotel offers rental bikes for exploring the nearby Yarra River trail.

We had a great stay at Art Series! The location was convenient, with supermarkets and other amenities within walking distance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary water. The staff, especially the member on check-out, were friendly and accommodating. it was a pleasant experience.

The location was perfect for our New Year's celebration - right in the heart of the shopping district. We enjoyed the semi self-contained setup with a good size fridge and balcony. the fact that we were offered two complementary treats made our stay even better.

The staff didn't mention the parking cost until we asked, and there was no help with our bags. the TV options were poor with only "free to air TV" available at no extra cost and poor definition quality.

This hotel offered me an unforgettable luxury experience. the exclusive amenities were amazing and beyond compare. the room advantages were wonderful, with a comfortable bed and beautifully decorated atmosphere. the spa centre was an absolute highlight of my stay, where I was pampered and rejuvenated. the location advantages were a huge plus, allowing me to easily explore the surrounding area.
