Additionally, the staff is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant experience.

There were some cleanliness issues with one of the rooms, which should have been resolved prior to guests' arrival.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and main shops, but far enough from the city centre to avoid the noise. Our room had everything we could need, including a fully-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and free WiFi. We also enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool, which were very relaxing.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the Artique's affordable prices and great location. It was just far enough from the bustling Surfers Paradise to avoid the noise, but still within walking distance with our two young kids. The pool was perfect for them, with a large shallow entry where they could safely play.

We felt really welcomed during our stay and had no reason to complain.

Had an amazing Easter break! Loved the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, made our stay so much better. The location was perfect, right in the heart of all the action. Enjoyed the stunning view from the room balcony, and the convenience of having a kitchenette.

The elevators were the worst, always crowded and had to wait for ages to catch one. , the pool was quite small and got crowded easily.

Excellent 2 bedroom suite with seaviews on 18th floor, amazing sunrise views, spacious and clean, had everything we needed. 10 min walk to vibrant cafe/shopping area, easy access to beach. Definitely recommend and revisit.

We had the most amazing stay at a self-catering apartment in a great location. The apartment was spacious with a stunning sea view and a balcony that connected to both bedrooms. The pool and heated spa were perfect for relaxation, and the outdoor BBQ area was a great bonus. The location was convenient, with shops and attractions within walking distance. we highly recommend this place for a memorable stay.
