The mind-blowing apartments had super spacious units, 2 bathrooms, and an amazing balcony size! the central location was jaw-dropping, with beaches, shops. the friendly and knowledgeable staff made our stay unforgettable, and the comfortable bed was a PLEASANT SURPRISE! We were blown away by the cleanliness and modern appliances, and we can't wait to return for another fantastic experience!

I checked into this place after a tiring day. the bathroom sink pipes were a surprise, but no biggie. What really got me was the bed. Smelled like something my daughter would hide under her blanket. Switched rooms eventually. the rest of my stay was peaceful with a good stroll to the beach. the staff earned a "well-played" for loaning fishing gear to my son. A good chunky book, a view, and happy kid - what more could I ask for? Cheers!

the views from the penthouse were stunning, especially in the morning sun - made me feel so relaxed and at peace. the extra fee for using the gym was a bit of a downer, as we were only there for a short visit and wouldn't have gotten our money's worth 💸. we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it to others! .

Just stayed in a room with stunning views of Surfers Paradise. LOVED the extra space to move around. the pool area is even better than in photos. Would definitely stay here again!

Our recent stay at Tweed Ultima was great. The apartment was clean, large, and well-fitted out. The lounge and enclosed balcony were huge, providing ample space for our family. We also enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen and the nice pool and spa area. The location was convenient, with restaurants and the beach just a short walk away. We even received a complimentary bottle of wine upon arrival. I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The location of the apartments is fantastic, with a nearby shopping mall just a short walk away. This made it very convenient for us to grab any essentials or enjoy some retail therapy. Additionally, the apartments were close to the beach, allowing us to soak up the sun and enjoy the water within minutes. The staff were also friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed during our stay.

The fire alarm system malfunctioned during our stay, causing us to be evacuated twice. This was quite inconvenient, especially when our door didn't work upon returning to our room.

Great view over the bay and the pool. We enjoyed watching the sunset together from our balcony. Convenient location, close to the beach and shopping centers. We were able to walk to many places without having to drive. loved the fact that the apartment had a kitchenette, so we were able to make our own meals.

Property was dirty, and the carpet was old and ripped. We had to wear our flip-flops the entire time.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from the beautiful beach area. The room was incredibly spacious and had a large balcony where I could enjoy the view. The furniture was comfortable and the overall ambiance was very relaxing. The hotel staff provided excellent service and were always available to assist with any requests. I also appreciated the convenience of the room amenities, such as the ironing facilities and the tea/coffee making facilities. The free Wi-Fi was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. I was very impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.
