Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Hospitable family-run business offering breakfast to go. Convenient location near train station and shops. Nice views. Comfortable and clean room with helpful staff. Prompt resolution of any issues. Accommodating with late arrival and rearranging dinner reservation. Lovely evening food and good breakfast.

We spent our xmas at this hotel and it was a great experience. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, which made us feel at home. The location was excellent, close to the local ski slopes and shops. We also appreciated the variety of activities available at the hotel, including skiing, snowshoeing, and relaxing in the spa. The food was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the traditional xmas dinner served at the restaurant.

We do have some complaints about our stay. We found the room quite small and lacking in some necessary amenities such as a kettle or coffee maker.

Excellent service and friendly staff, especially the receptionist who spoke English and was very helpful. The spa facilities were a highlight, with a wonderful scrub and massage, sauna, and jacuzzi with stunning mountain views. Good breakfast with a variety of delicious French pastries, bread, and coffee. The hotel had clean and functional rooms, providing a comfortable stay.
