The room service was excellent, with prompt delivery of delicious food right to my doorstep. The comfortable bed allowed me to get a great night's sleep after a long day of meetings. the hotel's key location provided easy access to nearby attractions and amenities, making it convenient for my business trip.

I was disappointed to find that the pool area was in need of maintenance and the spa was not working. The limited options for breakfast at the only open cafe in the morning was also a letdown.

We absolutely loved the convenience of being able to catch the light rail from the airport straight to the hotel. It made our journey seamless and hassle-free. Additionally, the hotel's location was fantastic, as we were able to walk to Darling Harbour and enjoy the city's attractions. The outdoor pool provided a refreshing escape from the heat, and our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff also provided excellent service during check-in, making us feel welcomed and taken care of.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to Darling Harbour, where I enjoyed exploring the main restaurants and even caught a show at the Lyric Theatre. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit.

Great bed and pillow, friendly staff, room ready upon arrival, always stay here in Sydney. Perfect location, comfortable beds, state-of-the-art bathrooms, beautiful and well-equipped, wonderful breakfast. Loved the casino, layout, and music, great roulette section, special treat with upgraded room. Noisy construction site but partner enjoyed watching cranes.

I recently stayed at The Star in Sydney for a special occasion and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The two-bedroom apartment we were upgraded to was incredibly spacious and luxurious, with all the bells and whistles you could think of. The bed was absolutely fantastic - the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The English Breakfast and Earl Grey Tea Bags provided were top-notch. Room service was exquisite, with a great variety of delicious food. the hotel's hospitality left us feeling truly blessed and grateful.

We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to a better room during our stay. The pool was great, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect, with many restaurants and a theatre within walking distance.

During our stay, we requested a late check-out, which was confirmed weeks in advance by the hotel. However, due to a mix-up because of our upgrade, the late check-out did not happen.

Comfortable room, massive bathroom, central location, close to shops, casino, pubs.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom suite with big TVs and comfortable beds. The housekeeping did a great job keeping it spotless, and the staff was professional and polite. The food court and Chinatown were a short distance away, and it was close to everything in Darling Harbour.

The dining options were limited in the precinct.

During my recent city break, I had a great experience at a hotel near a popular venue. The room I was given exceeded my expectations and was incredibly spacious and elegant. I was also delighted to find that breakfast was included in my stay and it was a very nice buffet. Additionally, the staff at check-in were friendly and provided me with a warm welcome, which made me feel valued as a guest.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly enjoy. Firstly, the access to the car park was terrible due to ongoing renovations, which made it difficult and inconvenient.

The room had stunning harbor views. The buffet breakfast was expansive and delicious, with plenty of options. The hotel location was convenient for exploring the city. I had a wonderful stay at The Star Grand.

The bed in our suite was extremely comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The automated blinds were a fantastic feature that kept the room dark, allowing for a restful morning. Additionally, the location of the hotel was superb, with the light rail right at our doorstep, making it easy to explore the city.

The lighting in the bathrooms was not great, especially for doing makeup. It was also disappointing to discover that the housekeeping staff had not cleaned the main bathroom toilet.
