Loved the quirky decor, but bathroom was tiny.

the hotel was pretty lacking, especially with tiny rooms and no elevator! my back almost gave out hauling my bags up the stairs. also, you can’t even bring guests to your room? what a treat! they couldn’t even spare me an upgrade for all my troubles.

very inviting. The staff were incredibly cheerful and helpful, offering great local suggestions. However, I did find the lack of an elevator challenging with my suitcase. Still, the close proximity to Shinjuku Station made it easy to explore Tokyo.

i almost gave a good review, but the air conditioning was noisy even when off, and the staff barged into my room! they clearly don’t have their act together. as a guest expecting some perks, i was utterly shocked that no one even offered a complimentary gesture for all my troubles. what a joke!

Very convenient location near public transport.

My room was incredibly noisy, situated next to the staircase. I was disturbed multiple times a night by guests dragging their luggage. Additionally, the check-in process was frustrating. I was asked to sign rules I hadn't been informed about beforehand. This lack of transparency overshadowed the generally pleasant aspects of my stay.

We had a fantastic family stay, using Apartment Hotel Shinjuku as our base to explore all Tokyo has to offer! The rooms were clean and comfortable, perfect for our large family and service dog. Plus, it was just a short walk from the train station.

My kids wished the space had more room for their luggage.

Nothing it was perfect.

The check-in process was simple. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay. I really appreciated the air conditioning, as the heat was intense. The location was excellent, just 200 meters from transportation. I could explore easily, which I loved. My room had a nice kitchenette for light meals. I also liked the shared lounge with its free-use microwave. I am from Rome, and finding such convenience was a pleasant surprise.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free wi-fi, laundry facilities, and a mini kitchen with cookware. During my first stay, the staff helped return my forgotten jewelry, which I truly appreciated. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable stay. I'm coming back for a business trip!

Everything was ideal.

the location is very private and quiet despite being close to the station. the room needs a deeper clean, as it felt dusty and had clogged aircon. overall, the interior design was quirky and interesting. a cooking space is provided, good for making light meals. the washing machine in the building is helpful for longer stays.

This place was just a good match for a fleeting trip in Tokyo and great for the money. The air conditioning was excellent, keeping the room cool despite the 35-degree heat outside. Make sure to ask for directions when you first arrive, as it can be a little tricky to find.

Loved the unique vintage decor and convenience to transport, just a short walk to the bus station. The mini kitchen was a nice touch for quick snacks!
