The view from our apartment was amazing, especially as the sun set. The property had a real Mediterranean feel. The location was also a bonus, with a 2-minute walk to town.

The continental breakfast provided was simple but delicious. The apartments were spacious and the infinity pool was a treat. We would definitely stay here again!

Great value for money with a spacious apartment and a lovely balcony overlooking Airlie Beach. The multiple swimming pools were a brilliant bonus and the staff, especially the woman at breakfast, were incredibly nice and helpful.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast option better was more variety in the food choices.

Woolworth's is conveniently close by and the restaurant strip is only a 2-minute walk away. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable for everyone.

At Water's Edge Resort was a great value for the money with a spacious and private two-bedroom apartment that had a luxurious spa bath on the balcony. The location was perfect, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and beautiful beaches, offering stunning views of the area. The pool area was also beautiful, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, greeting us warmly every morning.

The breakfast offerings could be improved.

Convenient location for walking to dinner and shops, no need for the car, spacious unit with excellent and relaxing view. Friendly staff and nice pool. Close to the water, shops, and cafes, although a steep hill to climb. Fully stocked with everything needed and cute surprise of cockatoos on the balcony. Comfortable beds and beautiful pool area with three pools.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Airlie Beach for a few days and had an amazing time. The location was perfect, close to everything including the beach. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. I loved waking up to the stunning views and even had some cockatoos visit me in the morning. The resort itself had a beautiful setting with lots of palm trees and a peaceful atmosphere. a fantastic experience.

Some facilities have issues, such as the spa not warming up and unhelpful staff. The rooms were dirty and lights didn't work.
