Gorgeous jungle view, stunning design and landscaping. Kimonos provided, magical room views. Gorgeous pool area and fantastic outdoor spa. Tranquil ambiance for meditation. Helpful staff offering rides and kitchen utensils. Beautiful stay with tidy rooms and beautiful sunrise views.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel nestled in a secluded forest area. The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful trees and wildlife. I loved waking up to the sound of birds chirping and the sight of peacocks roaming around. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and had a balcony overlooking the rainforest, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the serene atmosphere. The hotel also had a spa and pool, and I was treated to an amazing spa experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure that all my requests were met. the location, service, and amenities provided at this hotel were top-notch.

This hotel is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway. I highly recommend it to everyone.

the view from the room was gorgeous, with peacocks adding a quirky touch. But the shower/bath situation was a disaster; water everywhere, wet clothes, and no bath products. the place definitely needed some TLC. Despite the issues, my partner and I managed to have a relaxing time , even with a less, than, ideal spa temperature. It was a memorable Babymoon trip, and we made the most of it with some funny “DIY spa adventures. ” Cheers to staying positive even in the face of bathroom chaos! .

Nothing not to love.

Our stay at Azabu Retreat And Spa was absolutely wonderful. The serene and tranquil atmosphere made us feel instantly relaxed. The design and finish of the rooms were impeccable. We loved the view of the surrounding rainforest from our room. The spa packages offered were amazing and added to the overall experience. We also appreciated the quietness and the proximity to nature. it was a perfect honeymoon getaway for us.

The location of this retreat is a major plus, as it is so close to the Byron Bay center. Guests can easily access the Byron shopping area and all the attractions the town has to offer. The retreat is nestled in a serene environment, just a few small flights of stairs or down 3 flights of stairs over pebbles, which adds to the overall peaceful ambiance. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed, with beautiful architectural details. The staff goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, offering amenities like relaxation CDs and free internet. The breakfast options are delicious and satisfying, ensuring a great start to the day. Additionally, the view from the balconies allows guests to enjoy the tranquility of nature and even listen to the birds singing.

One aspect that could be improved is the cleanliness of the rooms, as some guests reported finding ants and dust upon arrival.

Great staff, very welcoming, and helpful. the rooms had fantastic views and were clean. I also appreciate having breakfast included in the stay. It's convenient to have everything you need close by when you're in a new place.

The room was tiny and basic, and the furnishings were quite shabby. the bathroom had no soap and hair products were lacking.

The balcony overlooking the lush greenery provided a serene spot to listen to the melodic songs of the birds. The staff, especially TP, were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Although the room was on the smaller side, the minimalist decor and comfortable amenities made up for it. The only downside was that the sound insulation between rooms could be improved. Additionally, better lighting in the room, especially near the vanity, would have been helpful for us as we tried to do our makeup. Despite these minor issues, our overall experience at Azabu Retreat & Spa was delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway.
