we had a fantastic stay at alpine garden motel. the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the facilities were top-notch. we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the umbrella provided and the friendly staff. being just a short walk away from shops, restaurants, and pools made our stay very convenient. the spacious two-bedroom unit with a well-equipped kitchen was perfect for our family. with a lovely view of nature from the property, it felt like a relaxing retreat. ella and katie, the owners, were super helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for activities and dining options. overall, a wonderful experience.

I was impressed with the warm and welcoming atmosphere. the hosts were incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

Personally, I found the shower handles a bit inconvenient, but it's subjective.

The grub was off the charts! the Tea Kiosk Cafe & Grill's grilled meat was a flavor explosion, and nearby joints like Mr Yunan brought the heat, making our taste buds dance. the cozy room heated up quick, staff were legends, and the snowy birthday surprise was pure magic.

The spa bath's hot water had us playing musical chairs, and the relentless heat pump left us chilly all night. the silent treatment on the power cut was a curveball , imagine no Wi, Fi! A heads, up would've been mint.

The location of the motel is excellent, being close to the town center and offering a pleasant outlook across to the mountains. It is convenient for accessing all the local attractions and the main shopping area. The rooms were well-equipped with a reasonable kitchen and spacious living room. The motel is also well-insulated and stayed warm overnight even during a snowstorm.

The staff could have been more informative, especially for new visitors to the town.

The attention to detail was exceptional, with thoughtful touches like a heated towel rail in the bathroom and complimentary toiletries. my experience here was nothing short of exceptional.

Despite the initial issue with the wifi, my stay at Alpine Garden Motel was very comfortable and exactly what I needed. The owners were incredibly helpful and accommodating, allowing me to store my bikes while I went tramping for a few days. The full kitchen in my room was a great convenience, and the location of the motel was beautiful and conveniently close to town. The barbecue on-site was also a great bonus.

Although there were a few minor maintenance issues, such as a blown bulb in one of the bedside lights and a stuck toilet flush, the staff at Alpine Garden Motel were friendly and the rooms were clean and tidy. The location was convenient, close to amenities, and the spa bath was a nice touch.

I had a great stay at a cozy motel in Hanmer Springs. The room was clean and well-equipped with a kitchenette, and the beds were comfortable. I particularly enjoyed having a spot on the deck to relax with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. The location was convenient, with easy access to the nearby springs, town sites, bars, and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this motel for its value for money and pleasant atmosphere.

Delightful stay, so much fun at the Thermal Pools! Imagine my thrill at receiving complimentary towels! Just wished I had brought my DVDs and a wifi booster to fully enjoy my time. Such a shame!

Conveniently located, easy walk to facilities. Free beach towels provided for nearby thermal pools. Helpful staff. Bathroom with heater and heated towel rail. Comfortable couch converts to queen bed.

The room was spotless and the friendly staff made it even better.

There were a couple of small issues. One of the bedside lamps had a blown bulb and the toilet flush got stuck and ran continuously which was a bit of a hassle.

Their service was exceptional, from notifying us when our room was ready before our arrival to providing a replacement phone charger when needed. the location was perfect, offering a lovely view and convenient access to town. the staff's warmth and helpfulness, along with the well-maintained rooms, made our stay enjoyable. We look forward to returning.
