We experienced a unique situation with the burnt lamp incident, causing concern for our child's safety. Eventually, after notifying the staff, they promptly resolved the issue to ensure a secure stay. I recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a lovely cabin at this Riverside Holiday Park for two nights. the helpful staff, complimentary snacks, and upgraded cabin with added facilities were fantastic. the cozy ambiance, effective heating, and convenient location near town and the koala ferry were highlights. I love staying at this place. the staff found my lost ring on my first visit. It has all I need: Wi-Fi, outdoor dining, laundry, swimming pool, and more. I always return here for my trips.

the upgrade to a cabin with a shower was a thoughtful touch, and the location close to the town and the ferry to Raymond Island was convenient. the staff, particularly Natasha, were incredibly helpful. the added amenities like snacks and coffee made it feel extra special. Despite a minor inconvenience with maintenance noise, the clean cabin, comfy bed, and helpful staff made for a great stay. the relaxation facilities like the swimming pool and outdoor areas were perfect for unwinding, and the nearby landmarks, such as St Mary's Catholic Church and Howitt Park, provided great family bonding opportunities.

The location of the hotel was great, being so close to the river. It was also conveniently located near shops and other amenities. The cabin we stayed in was clean and tidy, with fantastic window treatments that blocked out the sunlight. The cabin we stayed in had multiple holes in the walls and floor, which made it quite cold. the bed was low and uncomfortable, resulting in us waking up with sore backs.

The toilet seat was worn out in our cabin, which lowered our satisfaction. the frying pan provided was ineffective on the stovetop and slow to cook with.
