the upgrade to a cabin with a shower was a thoughtful touch, and the location close to the town and the ferry to Raymond Island was convenient. the staff, particularly Natasha, were incredibly helpful. the added amenities like snacks and coffee made it feel extra special. Despite a minor inconvenience with maintenance noise, the clean cabin, comfy bed, and helpful staff made for a great stay. the relaxation facilities like the swimming pool and outdoor areas were perfect for unwinding, and the nearby landmarks, such as St Mary's Catholic Church and Howitt Park, provided great family bonding opportunities.

The location of the hotel was great, being so close to the river. It was also conveniently located near shops and other amenities. The cabin we stayed in was clean and tidy, with fantastic window treatments that blocked out the sunlight. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the park had beautiful gardens and a big deep pool.

The cabin we stayed in had multiple holes in the walls and floor, which made it quite cold. the bed was low and uncomfortable, resulting in us waking up with sore backs.

Our Christmas at this holiday park was enjoyable. the provided bedding and heating options kept us warm during the cold nights. the location was convenient, with a park nearby, and several amenities within walking distance. the cabin was well-maintained and clean, providing a pleasant stay.

The toilet seat was worn out in our cabin, which lowered our satisfaction. the frying pan provided was ineffective on the stovetop and slow to cook with.
