loved my previous stay in bathurst so decided to give heritage inn a try again. everything was perfect - comfy bed, spacious room, and electric blanket! the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating.

Stayed with daughter, clean rear room with excellent facilities. Multiple stays were good until recent change. Receptionist collected dinner, very helpful. Great location, air con during surprise heat wave. Smooth check-in on Christmas Eve.

Comfortable and Family-Friendly Accommodation

The room at the rear of the motel was spacious and well-equipped, making our stay comfortable. the staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to our positive experience. improvements could be made in terms of noise levels from nearby rooms.

The room was really comfortable and clean, with a great TV and working aircon, and the location was an easy walk into town. the best part was the spacious room with a bath and a well-designed kitchenette. the staff at reception were super friendly and helpful, making it a top spot for a stay in Bathurst. the sauna experience was a bit of a letdown with the heating-up time eating into our session, and the temperature only reaching 55 degrees 🔥.

While my stay at Heritage Inn was largely flawless, there were a couple of minor inconveniences. The TV reception could have been better, although it didn't pose a major issue as I primarily watched the NRL grand final during my stay.

Spent Easter in a hotel and it was a delightful experience. the complementary breakfast was great to start the day and the kitchen area was convenient. the location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and the town centre, with stunning architecture and landscape. We also enjoyed exploring the old buildings in the surrounding area.

Our room was a bit noisy due to traffic from the main road and it was not well isolated. there wasn't anywhere to hang hand towels near the basin.

The location of the hotel was excellent, being close to the main street and within walking distance of shops and the RSL Club. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff provided good service and the breakfast was satisfying. The outside BBQ area, although it had some minor issues, was a nice addition to the hotel's facilities.

The pillows in the room were a bit flat and firm, which made them slightly uncomfortable.

Great location, friendly staff, spacious room, and air-conditioned. Modern and nice place with plenty of parking. Easily accessible to attractions.

Felt totally at home, no complaints.
