We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was perfect for exploring the city. The receptionists were helpful and made check-in easy. The room, although a bit chilly, was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast had a limited selection, but it was sufficient. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel in Almaty. the location was very convenient, especially for those traveling by bus as it was close to the Sairan bus terminal. Secondly, the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. They were always ready to help despite any language barriers. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and had reasonable Wifi. it was a pleasant experience.

One small improvement could be to address the issue of burnt-out light bulbs and toilet paper allotment.

The room was spacious and clean, with a fully furnished kitchen, and complimentary water, tea, and coffee. The bathroom was in great condition, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options. Additionally, I enjoyed the stunning views from my window, which added to the overall experience.

There was one minor downside to my stay, which was the slight inconvenience of having the ironing set located in the corridor.

The rooms were a bit chilly and the heating seemed to be centralized, so it was difficult to get the temperature just right. noise from outside could be heard in the room, which could be a little disruptive at night.
