This hotel is an absolute gem! Despite its retro exterior, the rooms have been beautifully refurbished with a modern and comfortable interior. I was pleasantly surprised to find a kitchenette in my room, complete with a stove top and plenty of space. The bathroom was also huge, with all the amenities I needed. But the best part was the view from the front balcony - I had a great view of the waterfront and it was such a treat to wake up to. The hotel's location on the Esplanade was perfect, with cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the prices were fantastic for what you get. And let's not forget the attention to detail - they even provided enough milk for my coffee! this hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be coming back when I visit this area again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to everything on the strand and right on the esplanade. It was also conveniently situated near a shopping center. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful modern room that had a large TV, Netflix, and free WiFi. The kitchen was lovely and the bathroom was great. The best part was the wonderful beachfront location and the proximity to a fantastic water park for young kids. The staff were very friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The location on The Strand was perfect, with shops and food outlets within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning kept us cool in the hot weather. The staff, especially Debbie at reception, were extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this motel for a wonderful stay in Townsville.

We stayed for a few days and the rooms were fresh, clean, and comfortable. We got great value for our money at this hotel! The room was spacious with a full-sized fridge and kitchenette, allowing us to cook our own meals.
