There was a slight issue with the service as we were unable to secure a late check-out when requested. This was unexpected given the price of our stay and the usual flexibility of hotels.

The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming. They even allowed an early check-in and gave us a room on a high floor, offering a great view. the location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the main attractions. the lobby had a nice ambiance and the restaurant served a delicious breakfast.
