clean rooms - great location by the lake - friendly staff. loved the pool area for kids and adults. enjoyed the water view room - especially during the New Year Eve Fireworks. pelicans & beachie’s had tasty food. special shoutout to nancy from room service for going the extra mile.

My partner and I had a delightful weekend getaway at the Beachcomber Hotel. the serene lake views were breathtaking, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive. We savored delicious meals in the restaurant, enjoyed a top-notch breakfast, and appreciated the care put into making our stay memorable. the pool area was a serene retreat, and the overall ambiance of the hotel was welcoming and tranquil.

The hotel had a stunning lake view and the breakfast was delicious. Some rooms were not ready on time and had small issues. Pillows were too big but great for watching TV. Friendly staff, except for one incident in the restaurant. The restaurant food was excellent and served quickly. The shower floors were poorly made. No allocated parking, but plenty of staff available for help. Cute little zoo on-site. Would recommend for a relaxing stay.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. the database was incredibly user-friendly and efficient, making it easy for me to access all the information I needed. the room I stayed in had a breathtaking view of the city, and the king bed was extremely comfortable. the bathroom appeared to have been recently renovated, with modern fixtures and a clean aesthetic.

One minor issue I encountered was that the Wi-Fi signal in the room was a bit weak at times. this did not significantly impact my overall experience and was easily remedied by moving closer to the router.

The Beachcomber Hotel & Resort, Ascend Hotel Collection in Toukley is so beautiful. Our room had a stunning view of the ocean, and breakfast was delicious. the staff were fantastic. I appreciated the accommodating manager and the modern, comfortable room. the location was great, and the nearby landmarks like Norah Head Lighthouse allowed for enjoyable family bonding. the relaxation facilities, including the swimming pool and sun terrace, added to our overall enjoyment. the only minor downsides were the shower and parking concerns.

Luxurious amenities such as a breathtaking outdoor swimming pool, live entertainment, and a sun terrace with sun loungers exceeded our expectations. the restaurant's variety of delicious meals and drinks served by attentive staff made our stay extra special. the venue's prime location near a stunning beach offered incredible views and entertainment.

The only issue we encountered was with the public bath, which was a bit crowded during peak hours. it was not a significant inconvenience, as there were plenty of other private facilities, including a pool with a view and picnic area, for us to enjoy.

Two complementary facts that were offered upon arrival were a welcome drink and express check-in. the location was perfect, with easy access to shops and the beach. the room was clean and comfortable, and the view from the balcony was stunning.

The furniture in the room was old and worn out, which made it look a bit shabby. the sliding door was dirty, and the flyscreen was torn.

the room I stayed in had some electrical wiring issues or problems with the air conditioning, as there were loud booming noises every 15 minutes when the AC was on. This made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep.
